CHRM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,831 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF12, HR, and RAP1GAP. Each is linked with CHRM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM1-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHRM1 versus KIF12 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
