CHRM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBL1Y, GAGE12E, and OR1L3. Each is linked with CHRM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM1-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBL1Y grouped by CHRM1-low versus CHRM1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
