Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHRDL2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CHRDL2 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher CHRDL2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHRDL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
PRAD, SCLC, and SARC are the cancer types where CHRDL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
