Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRDL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,749 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRDL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CORO2B, RECK, and PTGIS. Each is linked with CHRDL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRDL1-to-partner and partner-to-CHRDL1 results are reported.
