CHRDL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRDL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,975 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRDL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SREBF2, DCLRE1A, and WDR76. Each is linked with CHRDL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRDL1-to-partner and partner-to-CHRDL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SREBF2 grouped by CHRDL1-low versus CHRDL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRDL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRDL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
