Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRDL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHRDL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSKH2, GAGE12D, and GAGE12C. Each is linked with CHRDL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRDL1-to-partner and partner-to-CHRDL1 results are reported.
