Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHPF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CHPF2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CHPF2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHPF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, SCLC, and LGG are the cancer types where CHPF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
