Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHPF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,314 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHPF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Lysosomal transport, and Protein localization to vacuole. Each is linked with CHPF2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHPF2-to-partner and partner-to-CHPF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum grouped by CHPF2-low versus CHPF2-high in BONE.
