Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CHP2 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CHP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, OV, and ESCA are the cancer types where CHP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
