Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHP1P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CHP1P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher CHP1P2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHP1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and LUAD show a favorable association.

MESO, STAD, and READ are the cancer types where CHP1P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
