Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHORDC1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,137 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHORDC1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral translational termination-reinitiation, Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, and Cytoplasmic translational initiation. Each is linked with CHORDC1P1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHORDC1P1-to-partner and partner-to-CHORDC1P1 results are reported.
