Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHORDC1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CHORDC1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CHORDC1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHORDC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.

COAD, CCRCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where CHORDC1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
