Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHORDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,742 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHORDC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TECR, CRACD_S1072, and SMC2. Each is linked with CHORDC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHORDC1-to-partner and partner-to-CHORDC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHORDC1 versus TECR in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHORDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHORDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
