Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHORDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,836 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHORDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTTG1, DDIAS, and SHCBP1. Each is linked with CHORDC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHORDC1-to-partner and partner-to-CHORDC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHORDC1 versus PTTG1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHORDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHORDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
