Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHORDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 858 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHORDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6078, RNU6-370P, and NPM1P28. Each is linked with CHORDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHORDC1-to-partner and partner-to-CHORDC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6078 grouped by CHORDC1-low versus CHORDC1-high in BRCA.
