Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHORDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,688 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHORDC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CENP-A containing chromatin assembly, Kinetochore assembly, and Centromeric sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with CHORDC1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHORDC1-to-partner and partner-to-CHORDC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENP-A containing chromatin assembly grouped by CHORDC1-low versus CHORDC1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
