CHN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACVRL1, p62 Lck ligand, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with CHN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHN2-to-partner and partner-to-CHN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACVRL1 grouped by CHN2-low versus CHN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
