Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,141 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of T-helper cell differentiation, Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly, and Response to hydroxyurea. Each is linked with CHN2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHN2-to-partner and partner-to-CHN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of T-helper cell differentiation grouped by CHN2-low versus CHN2-high in SKIN.
