Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHMP6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CHMP6 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CHMP6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHMP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC are the cancer types where CHMP6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
