Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,459 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHMP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BPTF, ASPSCR1, and ACSL4. Each is linked with CHMP6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP6-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHMP6 versus BPTF in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHMP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHMP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
