CHMP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 150 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are LLPHP1, TCERG1L-AS1, and MIR107. Each is linked with CHMP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP6-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LLPHP1 grouped by CHMP6-low versus CHMP6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHMP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHMP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
