Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,882 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHMP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJA1, UBAP2, and NFX1. Each is linked with CHMP5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP5-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHMP5 versus DNAJA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHMP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHMP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
