Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,311 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS36P2, PWRN4, and TMPOP2. Each is linked with CHMP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP5-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP5 results are reported.
