Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHMP3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CHMP3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CHMP3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHMP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, STAD, and READ are the cancer types where CHMP3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
