CHMP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 165 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP420, MIR6864, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with CHMP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP3-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP420 grouped by CHMP3-low versus CHMP3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
