CHMP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1_p_S217_S221, PRAS40_pT246, and Tuberin. Each is linked with CHMP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP3-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1_p_S217_S221 grouped by CHMP3-low versus CHMP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
