Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHMP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,836 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane, and Endocytic recycling. Each is linked with CHMP3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP3-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP3 results are reported.
