CHMP2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,190 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA15P2, IGHV1-69D, and LINC01943. Each is linked with CHMP2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP2B-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CA15P2 grouped by CHMP2B-low versus CHMP2B-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHMP2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHMP2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
