Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHMP2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,827 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHMP2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are C3orf38, RAB5A, and ZNF654. Each is linked with CHMP2B in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP2B-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHMP2B versus C3orf38 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHMP2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHMP2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
