CHMP1B

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, ASNS, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CHMP1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP1B-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP1B results are reported.
