Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHMP1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,622 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHMP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNMT, MPPE1, and TGIF1. Each is linked with CHMP1B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP1B-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHMP1B versus RNMT in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHMP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHMP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
