CHMP1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, mTOR_pS2448, and Notch1. Each is linked with CHMP1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP1A-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO3a_pS318_S321 grouped by CHMP1A-low versus CHMP1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHMP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHMP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
