CHMP1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHMP1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,486 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF25, ZC3H18, and ANKRD11. Each is linked with CHMP1A in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP1A-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHMP1A versus TCF25 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHMP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHMP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
