Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHMP1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,363 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHMP1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, mRNA transport, and Basolateral protein secretion. Each is linked with CHMP1A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP1A-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA alternative polyadenylation grouped by CHMP1A-low versus CHMP1A-high in BREAST.
