CHML

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHML mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHML-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPVL3, KLF18, and HOXB1. Each is linked with CHML in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHML-to-partner and partner-to-CHML results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHML→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHML) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
