CHL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRS1, Smad4, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with CHL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHL1-to-partner and partner-to-CHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRS1 grouped by CHL1-low versus CHL1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
