CHL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 589 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRGPRE, GAGE12F, and GAGE2E. Each is linked with CHL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHL1-to-partner and partner-to-CHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRGPRE grouped by CHL1-low versus CHL1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
