CHKB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHKB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,143 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPT, NOL12, and TRMU. Each is linked with CHKB in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHKB-to-partner and partner-to-CHKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHKB versus CENPT in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
