CHKB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHKB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, OR10H5, and C16orf82. Each is linked with CHKB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHKB-to-partner and partner-to-CHKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACER1 grouped by CHKB-low versus CHKB-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
