CHKB-CPT1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHKB-CPT1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,164 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHKB-CPT1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, Regulation of mRNA export from nucleus, and Steroid hormone mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with CHKB-CPT1B in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHKB-CPT1B-to-partner and partner-to-CHKB-CPT1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay grouped by CHKB-CPT1B-low versus CHKB-CPT1B-high in UCS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHKB-CPT1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHKB-CPT1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
