CHIT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHIT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,143 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2D2, CCNQP2, and NPLP1. Each is linked with CHIT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHIT1-to-partner and partner-to-CHIT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2D2 grouped by CHIT1-low versus CHIT1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
