CHIC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHIC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,501 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHIC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP181, TAF9, and CASTOR2. Each is linked with CHIC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHIC2-to-partner and partner-to-CHIC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP181 grouped by CHIC2-low versus CHIC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHIC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHIC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
