Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHIC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHIC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, ER-alpha_pS118, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with CHIC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHIC2-to-partner and partner-to-CHIC2 results are reported.
