Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHGA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,036 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHGA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CHGA_S322, MAP1A_S2022, and MAP1A_S2106. Each is linked with CHGA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHGA-to-partner and partner-to-CHGA results are reported.
