Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHGA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,275 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYT4, RAB3C, and CHGB. Each is linked with CHGA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHGA-to-partner and partner-to-CHGA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHGA versus SYT4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
