Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHGA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,207 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6894, RNU6-973P, and CBARP. Each is linked with CHGA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHGA-to-partner and partner-to-CHGA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6894 grouped by CHGA-low versus CHGA-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
