CHGA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHGA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,378 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCG3, FBXL16, and BSN. Each is linked with CHGA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHGA-to-partner and partner-to-CHGA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHGA versus SCG3 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
