CHEK2P2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHEK2P2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHEK2P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3617, NANOGP6, and RN7SL654P. Each is linked with CHEK2P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHEK2P2-to-partner and partner-to-CHEK2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3617 grouped by CHEK2P2-low versus CHEK2P2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHEK2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHEK2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
