CHEK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHEK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHEK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, p62 Lck ligand, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with CHEK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHEK2-to-partner and partner-to-CHEK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHEK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHEK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
