CHEK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHEK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,066 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHEK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UNG_T60, NUF2_S247, and PAICS_S27. Each is linked with CHEK1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHEK1-to-partner and partner-to-CHEK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHEK1 versus UNG_T60 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHEK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHEK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
